In this episode I talk about how sometimes are reactions in the present are the result of old pain and some self inquiry writing you can do to uncover if there might be a connection to old pain. It's super important as you explore this part of yourself that you know it's okay to take a break. I strongly encourage you to talk these things out with at least one other person.
